Traditional Chinese acupuncture (TCM)

TCM is the most ancient form of Chinese medicine. When the body is imbalanced it causes issues and illness, TCM works to treat the yin, yang, Qi and blood to create harmony and alleviate illness.

 5-Element Acupuncture

5-Element Acupuncture is focussed on the belief that each person has a pre-disposition towards certain characteristics that influence the body and mind. In Chinese Medicine this is called a "constitutional element"; through the treatment of this element  the person is treated as a whole.

Cupping
Cupping enables healing through the release of toxins and improving blood circulation to promote healing. 
Moxibustion
Moxibustion is the use of heat on key points of the body to promote the flow of Qi and blood to restore balance.
Gua sha
Gua sha is an alternative to cupping and assists the removal of obstructions
Tui Na
Tui Na is an ancient Chinese form of massage.

What is Acupuncture?


Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese form of medicine founded over 2000 years ago and is continually refined to treat modern day conditions. Acupuncture is based on the belief of the flow of energy known as Qi (pronounced chee). When the body is imbalanced it causes issues and illness. Acupuncture uses fine needles restore balance and promote the natural healing of the body.
